Hanging AutoLocksThe Hanging AutoLock attaches to the mast. It can be lashed to the masthead crane, hollow sheave pins, or to a pad eye added to the mast.
Masthead Spinnaker AutoLocksThese locks are installed either below the halyard sheave inside the mast or just ahead of the sheave where the halyard exits the mast. The mechanism is housed in a self-contained bracket, easily removable for servicing. The lock uses a halyard bullet similar in size to those on conventional locks that have a trip line. Inner Forestay AutoLocksOn an increasing basis, large yachts are putting their inner forestays on locks for removal when not in use. Hall’s auto lock is ideally suited for this application allowing automatic locking and unlocking without a trip line. Boom Reef AutoLocksThe Hall AutoLock system can also be installed in remote areas of the boom to lock reef lines, eliminating the need for string-actuated locks. Mainsail Track Auto LocksHall's Mainsail AutoLock is a headboard car and track combination. The headboard car locks in the same hoist/ease manner as the jib locks, only the car engages with the track. The system can be adapted to most mainsail tracks by simply replacing portions of the track with the locking track. The system also allows locking at reef points with additional inserts. (The loads for Hall locks are consistent with track manufacturer recommendations.)
