Strength. The seven-fold pressure of our aerospace-grade autoclave makes a huge difference in laminate strength and quality. The autoclave removes virtually all of the strength-sapping voids in the laminate; composites cured in the autoclave are up to 50 percent stronger in compression than those formed under vacuum pressure alone.
