VBoom

Uncomplicated and elegant, the Hall VBoom is designed to accommodate a high-performance, full-batten main of any cut, made from any sailcloth. A fully battened mainsail falls effortlessly into the boom, captured by the combination of the V structure and lazy jacks. At rest, the sail tucks away under its sail cover neatly stowed inside the V. Unique and versatile, the Hall VBoom is a stylish addition to yachts from 30 feet to superyachts.

Advantages

Advanced Composite Construction
The structure is pure advanced composites. Like every Hall boom, every boom is autoclave cured under precise pressure and temperature control.

V Shape
All systems are easily accessible, allowing ease of service and removal. Since the Hall VBoom is canoe-like in structure, one can safely work "in"  the boom, even under sail in adverse conditions.

Ease of Handling

Lazy Jacks
Lazy jacks pull forward, hidden inside the boom while sailing

Integral Boom Cover
Located inside the boom, along the upper edge of the V. Sunshade attachment also available

Mainsheet System
External or internal split (German-style) system

Reefing System
Internal sheave system with dedicated reefing lines led forward

Lights
Under-boom lighting over the cockpit

Outhaul
Adjustable track system, manual or hydraulic

Luff Track
batten cars; also accommodates Harken "switch track" system

Clear coat carbon or Awlgrip paint

Mast Gooseneck
